PARKING
Bands and Equipment Vehicles will be parked in select locations. We ask that all parents park in the areas designated for spectators. This is for the safety of all students.
Spectator Parking will be in the North and West Parking areas (these are the lots closest to the CHHS Stadium).

Equipment Transportation
As per KMEA rules, we will not be providing any assistance for your band props or pit equipment. Please be prepared to move all equipment in a timely manner without damaging the performance area or track. The football field is open on all sides and easily accessible. There is one gate for entry and exit (located at the entrance to the stadium) which is over 15' wide.

Electricity
We will not be providing an electrical outlet or any other means to power electronic devices. Please come prepared for all power needs.

Director and Staff Badges (and other passes)
Badges will be available in your packet when you arrive to the CHHS Campus. Badges will include only those names which directors indicated on their KMEA State Marching Band Application and information sheet.
There will also be chaperone passes - one for every ten students (as indicated on your KMEA application) as well as driver passes (one for each vehicle as indicated on your application).

Changing Rooms
Changing Rooms will be located in the Large CHHS Gym. Your guides will take your students to this area. The gym in located on the West side of the school. Once you enter the school, turn left into the gym.There will be seperate changing room for your colorguard if you wish to utilize this room. The Color Guard changing room will be in the Small Gym (located to the right side of the Large Gym foyer).

Hospitality Room
A Hospitality Room will be available for Directors, Director's Families, Staff, and Drivers ONLY. This is located on the East side of the school. Follow the signs from the main entrance to access the hospitality room.
